Hi, I’m Sarah (she/her), a registered clinical counsellor & visual artist in Chilliwack, B.C. and I’m so glad you’re here.
I work with adults navigating ADHD, grief and loss, and challenges around self worth and self esteem - especially when things are overwhelming or feel stuck. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. As someone with a late ADHD diagnosis, I understand both the challenges and strengths that can come with it and I’m passionate about helping neurodivergent folks build lives that actually work for them.
