Head in the Clouds
The day I took this picture was incredibly foggy and super cold, Anna got into the lake, we used smoke to surround her and even though I hadn’t gone out with the direct intention to take THIS image, it spoke to me so much about the brain fog that can come alongside ADHD.
I don’t know if we talk enough about how - nevermind completing- but starting tasks with ADHD can feel like sludging through huge amounts of butterscotch pudding. It’s gross, can be frustrating, and you can end up wandering through fog trying to find something tangible to do when your entire brain is saying NOPE.
Do you have head in the clouds days? How do you navigate brain fog when it comes along? How do you give yourself grace when brain fog sweeps in for you?
