Hi! My name is Sarah (she/her) and I’m a neurodivergent registered clinical counsellor with the BCACC and artist living in Chilliwack, B.C. My counselling approach is collaborative, strengths-based and solution-focused. I sometimes use creative interventions & explorations and am inclusive & neuro-affirming. I’m here to walk alongside you as you unfold your stories.
I have an MC in Counselling from City University and a Visual Arts diploma from the University of the Fraser Valley. I offer in person sessions in Chilliwack (a cozy, rented space at Thrive Collective on Tyson Rd. and a warm and inviting room at the Co downtown.) and virtual sessions across B.C. for adults (especially women navigating/exploring ADHD), those experiencing grief & loss, and creatives (exploring self, imposter syndrome, goal-setting, growth, burnout and more). As a counsellor with a late diagnosis of ADHD, I am so happy to offer a nonjudgmental and understanding space for neurodivergent folks.

Where ever you are in your ADHD journey - wondering if you have ADHD, have received a diagnosis, are navigating a late diagnosis - there’s space for you here. With a lot of knowledge especially around how ADHD presents in women and the intersection between Creativity and ADHD, my approach is neuro-affirming - and as a fellow person navigating ADHD and a late diagnosis, my approach is deeply compassionate and non-judgmental. Therapy can be a great space to make sense of your world, find new, supportive ways to approach tasks, and build tools to help you thrive in constructive, empathetic ways that work for you.
Stress, Anxiety, Creativity/Creative Burnout, Self-Worth & Self-Esteem
How do you navigate self compassion when the body says no? Including, but not limited to reconnecting to the creative heartbeat, stress, setting and celebrating boundaries and more. Whether you’re working as a creative, exploring creativity as a hobby/outlet, or need support around stress, goal-setting and growth in general, you’re welcome here.
Therapy is a great way to explore the Self and dive deeper into what being you means.

Grief can be complex and deeply individual - I can walk alongside you where ever you are in your journey.
At this time, I offer counselling for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, self-worth & self-esteem, using therapies such as narrative, collaborative, and creative exploration.
